What is a Token Moment?

Each Token Moment includes a keepsake sentiment token and a beautiful card handwritten with your message, all housed in a giftable box. It’s the perfect option for recognizing the universal, everyday moments or sending “just because.”

We wanted to make it easier to send a heartfelt, handwritten note that conveys your message and leaves a lasting impact. With Token Moments, our team handwrites your note, places it in our signature packaging, and ensures it is sent with care.

What is a Photo Moment?

A Photo Moment is an easy way to take any photo from your camera roll and have it placed in an elevated, mantle-worthy frame. We ship your frame of choice with the photograph already inside, ready to be enjoyed and appreciated from the moment it arrives - the complete gift.

With Photo Moments, we invite you to reimagine what photos deserve to be framed. Beyond wedding photos or professional family pictures, we want to honor and celebrate the day-to-day happenings that you want to remember forever.

Who handwrites my message?

We have a team of people with lovely handwriting who handwrite your message on every Token Moment.

Please note, this is not calligraphy or hand lettering.

What if I have a typo or error in my Token Moment message?

If you realize there is a typo or error in the message you submitted, please reach out to us at hello@trulygifted.com within two hours of placing your order. Since we guarantee next-business day shipment on every order, it is important to let us know as quickly as possible if you need to make any changes to your message. Otherwise, we will write your message exactly as it was submitted.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our Moments, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@trulygifted.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify any issues.

Is customer support available?

Absolutely! Our customer support team is available weekdays (excluding federal holidays) from 9am to 4pm CT. Please send our team a note at hello@trulygifted.com and we will get back to you promptly.

Shipping + Delivery

When will my Moment be shipped?

We guarantee next business day processing and shipment on every order. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Here's what this means for you:

  • If you place your order on Tuesday, it will be packaged and shipped out the next day, Wednesday.
  • If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be packaged and shipped out the following Monday.
  • If you place your order on a federal holiday or on the day before a federal holiday, it will be packaged and shipped out the following business day. For example, if you place your order on Friday and the following Monday is a federal holiday, your order will be packaged and shipped the following Tuesday.

Do you charge for shipping?

We are proud to offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping options. The cost of expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on the delivery address.

Can I change my shipping method or address after I've placed my order?

If you need to change your shipping method or address, please contact us at hello@trulygifted.com within two hours of placing your order. Since we guarantee next-business day shipment on every order, it is important to let us know as quickly as possible if you need to make any changes to your shipping information. Otherwise, your order will be sent to the shipping address entered at checkout with the originally selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer complimentary ground shipping and expedited shipping options within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery transit times are provided by our shipment carriers and are based on shipping from our fulfillment center in Missouri to the delivery address entered at checkout. Please note we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
